I personally am more a fan of cooling of the palms, cooling of the bottoms of my feet by placing them into a bucket or into a cool bath after training. Or cooling the face after training, or sometimes even during training. It just seems like there's more of a margin to play with the variables to heat up the water or cool it down a little bit, to include one palm or the other palm. There's just all sorts of good parameter space, as we call it in science, that you can play with and work with to find what works for you. Whereas when you pop a pill, sure, you can adjust the dose and you can adjust it next time, but once it's in you, it's in you. And there's going to be some period of time before you can modulate it.
