~12 min per week; 1-5min per session.
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
Metabolism: 2X weekly/11min total
Now that 11 minute cutoff is not a strict threshold and is actually geared more towards increases in metabolism, we'll get into this a little bit later in the episode, but I think the 11 minute threshold, meaning 11 minutes total of deliberate cold exposure per week is a pretty good number to use if you need a number in order to keep you consistent.
this was ended up being 11 minutes in total per week uh so not in one session of course but they had two to three visits to the water and the sauna per week so when we divide that out it corresponds to being in cold water one to two minutes at a time
