so if people are eating that they're getting more collagen where I worried about is that people I don't want people eating just like hamburger for instance you know maybe not as much collagen and hamburger maybe not as much collagen in like a roast maybe not as much collagen in like a sirloin or like a very lean thing that doesn't have all the connective tips of the connective bits
i'm not convinced you have to do that anymore because i think we know there's plenty of glycine actually in the connected tissue of steaks now

it is easier to take a hydrolyzed collagen powder which has a much higher concentration of those specific amino acids than eating a steak
