I also um and this isn't exactly a low inflammation plant, but I'll do something like trehalose. I I do a reasonable amount of that, which is a special kind of sugar that is found in plants, but not in meaningful enough amounts. When you concentrate it, use it as a sweetener, it drives hydration in cells almost like creatine does. And it's really good for you unless you have Clostridium, but that's a different story.
