the recipe for turmeric golden milk has been around for 3000 years and the blend is turmeric plus warming spices the warming spice blends called trikatu and it's black pepper ginger lung pepper and then consuming that with ghee or coconut milk and that recipe why did they do that because they knew just with common sense warming spices opens up your blood vessels right you sway if you have cayenne or garlic you start sweat it opens up your blood vessels and increases circulation so now whatever nutrients you have is now going to be greater dispersed throughout the entire body more bio you know more bioavailable more absorbable whatever you want to say but my whole point there is and they knew that your cells were made up of fat and there's actually other things i've read where where in in some of these where they didn't do ghee or coconut oil they actually had it with beef bone like bone broth which which was really rich in fat so you have that fat sitting there too
