So imagine here you have a patient who's had 15 years of pain, ends up in the hospital, goes home, she lost her job, she's on narcotics, she's halfway addicted to these medications. She's depressed. She's anxious. And finally the doctor says, "I think you have endometriosis. Let's take you to surgery." And then they wake her up and say, "You didn't have it."
