When I'm eating eggs I try and get past your raised corn and soy free really I should just be getting like wild duck eggs but I don't always have access
The headline is broadly defensible, but the qualifications matter. Effect sizes vary by population, the strongest claims rest on shorter trials, and credible voices push back on how it's typically framed.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
I've definitely seen people have reactions as we talked about earlier in the podcast and also to eggs I'm still trying to discover you know really understand how much of its yolk versus white I definitely agree with you that it's mostly the albumin and egg white yeah yolk is less reactive but I think some people can have reactions to eggs and as I've heard you talk about another podcast a lot of eggs are fed a lot of chickens that make the answer fed junkie things which maybe some of that protein the corn or the soy is getting into egg I've seen that where people have like the pasture-raised eggs they don't have a reaction to it but then they have the vegetarian fed eggs and they have a problem with it
