you actually have control issues so actually notice this in all your issues you when you're not physically control your tend to go here that's an ankle issue so as you're dipping down you run out of range of motion so the easiest place to get range of motion is to slip it's also a neural control issue you have the capacity just don't have a lot of training in that but even right there like go that one more one more time nice and slow you shouldn't be wobbling that much yeah go slow smooth like a piston yep see that wobble down there you felt that gave out it's a strength issue got to get that tightened up
