People will argue, this is the way they argue, that I've done this for 30 years and I've never hurt myself. And I always say yet, like listen, the goal is to not hurt yourself ever. So even if you it's sort of like you know the championship game you know you might play the game of your life but if you lose you lost and when you get into the end of the you know the record books you still lost. So even if you had the game in your life you lost I don't care if you do it for 30 years no pain you're still doing it and there's no pain. I'm giving you an option that's going to give you the same results in the exercise that you're seeking. That's why you're doing the exercise without the the possibility of having the you know, the bad outcome come from it.
