if I were to move that leg workout to Sunday just by way of necessity because I'm traveling on a Monday do I also do the long slow distance work that I typically do on Sunday and the answer is yes if I'm well rested so if I'm well rested and well fed I'm not feeling like I'm fighting off any kind of illness and I have the time what I'll do is I'll train my legs in the gym on Sunday and then I'll head out for I don't know an hourong walk in the neighborhood or something like that
