well then Friday rolls around and I haven't done any cardiovascular training that week except for the walk that I did on Sunday what am I going to do do I do my V2 Max and a 30-minute jog sure that's what I would do I would combine the two cardiovascular workouts that I normally do in the middle of the week by for instance going out for a 20 or 30 minute Jog and then at the end doing some V2 Max work such that by the end of Friday I'm caught up with that cardiovascular training
