there was a day there were many days there were many years where I had a belief system that said every single day without exception you must burn the pack of matches fully at least once so it didn't matter what the workout was there was still an allout effort of about 3 to 5 minutes somewhere in the day that would probably when I measured it I wouldn't always measure it but it would take lactate into the 16 to 18 Millo range like incredible pain
