I train in the am as well.
And exercise, if you can, early end of the day. Some people can't exercise till later in the day. I'd rather see people exercise later in the day than not at all, provided it does not disrupt their nighttime sleep, which of course, sleep is the foundation of mental health, physical health, and performance.
Now, I would argue it's better to train than not to train.
