you'll get there it's going to take time but uh I think you've got the capacity to get there yeah so the big things I need to work on uh balance MH um there's a certain a few muscles in the body that are not uh strong enough to to do the exercises I actually like even that's not even a good summary like it's just basically all the Motions we've been talking about it's Push Pull rotations yep yeah we threw a lot of new movements at you yeah and surprise surprise you didn't do them all yeah that's going to happen to anybody right I promise you somebody could pick an exercise up that I've never done and I maybe wouldn't do it great the very first day
