Uh it's why what are the federal exercise guidelines? 150 minutes of uh moderate to vigorous activity a week, strength training tries a week. Something like 18% of Americans actually do that.
I from the research that I've read up until recently, um it's probably 70% do not meet the criteria for both activities.
