there is a fundamental difference between having your lactate at 1.5 Millo or 1 Millo which is where it might be if you go for kind of a brisk walk versus being at four Millo which is you know not a level you can sustain indefinitely but it's um it's it's not you know it's also not so strenuous that you could only do it for a few minutes I mean that's sort of uh you know uh a fit person could hold that that level of exertion for 30 to 40 minutes
