What you're going to do is do that movement. And I would record it for yourself. And record a frontal view and a side view. Probably do three to 10 repetitions per angle, slow and controlled. ... So that's all you're going to look for are those four things, symmetry, stability, awareness, and range of motion through each joint, through each movement. It sounds difficult and time-consuming. It's really not. You can generally clear these things in one or two repetitions in a couple of seconds.
