And it's the vigorous intensity exercise that increases lactate the most. And that's also associate associated with the most impulse control.
So, you know, if you have a lot of tabs open, you're not going to be going to the social media or you're not going to be getting on X or Instagram or whatever, you know. So, it helps you with that impulse control.
