I actually don't recommend a lot of fasting in these situations because you want to make sure that you're getting your adequate protein intake and I think sometimes that's extremely hard to do in one meal a day because of the satiating effect and so if you're a woman listening if you are attempting to get pregnant you are pregnant or you're breastfeeding I wouldn't recommend necessarily one meal a day you should be eating two or even three times per day to make sure that you're getting adequate calories and adequate protein and nutrients and things like that
