So we don't know enough about the process to be stimulating it beyond the baseline which is what happening while we're sleeping right and also between meals. I mean I know studies have shown that you do have you do trigger autophagy um if you basically have at least three or four hours between meals. So I don't know of a of a good reason or argument scientific that we should be increasing it beyond that because you know we trigger a lot of catabolic processes that um you know at some point may get out of hand.
