first of all you should wait like at least a few hours after waking up before you start eating because in the morning cortisol starts rising and cortisol is the stress hormone which is supposed to kind of kick start today and kickstart the circadian rhythm and to wake up your body and with especially with like sunlight sunlight hitting your skin and heating your eyes stimulates the circadian clocks to kind of wake up and align the body with the circadian more circadian rhythms but the problem is also that you don't really want to be eating with high amounts of cortisol because like I said it's a stress hormone that can predispose you to weight gain that can that can inhibit some instant sensitivity so it's better to kind of wait at least a few hours before you eat
