the hypothesis that i would add to this is our seed oils is excess linoleic acid which is accumulating in your body when you eat seed oils contributing to mitochondrial dysfunction by becoming more of a population of both your cell membrane and your mitochondrial membrane cardiolipin and mitochondria membrane will contain linoleic acid when it's enriched in your diet and that leading to problems with mitochondrial metabolism leading to increases in aldosterone leading to increased conversion of glucose to fructose leading to nafld
