it's so interesting because so many people will associate choline and carnitine in the diet with production of TMAO in the human body and the next logical conclusion is that we should be limiting our consumption of choline and carnitine which is a little bit ridiculous that probably both Tommy and myself because choline is a precursor for so many important things in the human body and if you limit your choline too much you can just surely you know give yourself a C liver exactly non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and you know choline supplementation or choline rich foods eggs liver grass-fed muscle meat you know those could potentially improve a fatty liver condition and carnitine and me we know is valuable for dealing with advanced glycation end-products
