then I have my full breakfast which is 8020 ground beef 95% of the meat that I eat is ground beef it's just so simple so easy I don't really like the steaks in Costa Rica a lot of the cows here are of a breed that is not terribly tender when I can get good tender meat I will eat steaks but 95% of the time I'm just eating 8020 ground beef to which I add butter because I want more fat and I'll add salt I always have organs in most mornings I will have heart which I cook on the grill and I'll have some fresh liver or some hardened soil supplements on October the 10th as you can see here on chronometer I had bone marrow and liver from heart and soil supplements
