I would get some fermented foods in your diet if you can. I would do raw dairy and ferment it with a kefir culture, kefir grains from something like Amazon.
I'm lactose intolerant I can't drink raw milk without getting lactose issues but I can totally drink kefir once and ferments so try that if you have issues with lactose and milk
