So I certainly notice that when I'm eating more fermented foods, or there's probiotics in drinks I consume and so forth, that I feel quote, unquote, air کرتے, completely subjective, I feel better. - Yeah. - I wish there was an objective measure of feeling better. But I seem to think more clearly, sleep better, mood, et cetera, and I know I'm not alone in that.
