fish is full of heavy metals and being a pescetarian is a sure and quick route to becoming heavy metal toxic
We can't find evidence that holds up here. Proponents are reasoning from mechanism or analogy rather than direct human data, and the most credible skeptics raise objections we can't dismiss.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
if you don't follow me on twitter you may want to do so there i said a pesky vegetarian diet is a great way to get heavy metal toxicity there are so many examples now of people that i've known famous people in the media including tony robbins including um what's the guy's name on siriusxm we'll think about howard stern uh who had frank heavy metal toxicity from a pesky vegetarian diet
don't forget it's also a very dangerous time to be a pescetarian because of heavy metals and because of microplastics and fish
a Pesco vegetarian diet is a great way to get heavy metal toxicity there are so many examples now of people that I've known famous people in the media including uh Tony Robbins including what's the guy's name on Sirius X am I'll think of it Howard Stern uh who had Frank heavy metal toxicity from a Pesco vegetarian diet so if you are including a lot of fish in your diet be careful check your heavy metals check your lead check your arsenic check your cadmium check your Mercury
the reason I don't talk about eating a lot of fish is because fish is full of heavy metals and being a pescatarian is a sure and quick route to becoming heavy metal toxic
Salmon is lower in heavy metals, but if you eat the majority of your diet as fish, even if it's salmon, you're going to have high levels of lead, mercury, cadmium, and arsenic, guys.
