when they add fruit or add honey back to their diet the majority of them feel so much better
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.

i think in general humans do better with with carbohydrates from the least toxic plant sources in my mind that's fruit and honey and um so i think that even if you live somewhere uh where fruit isn't in season uh there's i would still get some fruit and some honey in your diet i think you'll feel better
fruit is fine honey is fine you can incorporate those in your life they may help you transition and you'll be fine
why i think including carbohydrates in the form of fruit and honey which both have many positive benefits which i have shared in the past in your diet will help you
I see people say that they they feel better when they add carbohydrates and they appreciate like hey I appreciate the nudge I was maybe a strict carnivore or a vegan or whatever and you know the vegans get the nudge to eat some organs or the vegans get the nudge to eat some meat and the strict carnivore might get the nudge to eat some fruit or some honey and not fear that stuff
