Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
my fasting insulin remains 2.4 and my hemoglobin a1c is 5.2 if you saw my last podcast 5.2 or 5.4 i think it's 5.2 anyway average blood glucose for me over the last 90 days 103 milligrams per deciliter so eating honey and fruit did not make me insulin resistant
my insulin stayed low stayed metabolically healthy did not become diabetic fasting insulin is still 2.4
I'm not insulin resistant and I get those exclusively from fruit and honey and a little bit from milk perhaps
