The headline is broadly defensible, but the qualifications matter. Effect sizes vary by population, the strongest claims rest on shorter trials, and credible voices push back on how it's typically framed.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
non-processed carbohydrate source can you dive deeper into that yeah yeah so it's an interesting story i mean for me and we probably talked about my story on the first podcast but you know the carnivore diet a diet of exclusively meat organs animal fat and salt was my gateway to all of this so i had eczema which was pretty severe at times i had asthma as a kid and i those things didn't get fixed with a paleo diet so i was eating this paleolithic diet of meat vegetables fruit nuts mushrooms essentially not really a lot of organs and and the eczema would come and go and at times in my residency in the university watching it was so severe that it was just all over my body i remember being on a date one time and a girl was looking on my arm like what happened to your arm and i was like oh i got in some poison ivy because i was so self-conscious to be like actually this is eczema and i have no i mean you know i'm i'm a doctor and i have no idea what's causing this this is so frustrating and so that was the point for me where i said i'm i'm curious about these plant foods could these plant foods and these fungal foods these mushrooms be triggering my immune system so i cut them all out and that was really eye opening for me because the eczema completely got better my actually emotional stability like i didn't really feel like i had issues with anxiety depression but i felt better emotionally as well
