i just wanted to show you a study i know you've got to go but i found a pretty interesting study stephen and they actually did give more fruit in combination with vegetables but they gave young adults presumably not metabolically unhealthy yet increased amounts of fruit and vegetables and they looked at ceramides and what did they find that the adoption of a recommended dietary guidelines for americans fruit and vegetable intake for eight weeks decreased waist circumference systolic blood pressure circulating cholesterol lipidomics and revealed the nutritional intervention can lower circulating ceramides
