we have drugs that are now powerfully effective and appear to be reasonably safe we've had drugs that were powerfully effective before but would kill you and we've had drugs that were reasonably safe before but at best modestly efficacious we now have ones that are powerfully effective and appear safe
these glp1 agonists are doing something we have never seen before which is simultaneously delivering the best efficacy we've ever seen coupled with what appears to be remarkable safety right so maybe there's some marginal edge cases that are going to become but but this is not fenfen this is not stimulant right we are dealing with truly efficacious truly safe drug
