my impression is that these imprints and hormones can also be triggered by things which are sweet but not glucose and so a lot of these keto snacks keto cookies or fat bombs they're gonna have a wrist patrol sorbitol they're gonna have sugar alcohols you know some people are now using glycine as a sweetener these are not glucose but they are sweet and my impression is that they can still trigger these incra tune hormones in a negative way
