There are studies in mice that if you restrict methionine it might live longer okay those are the studies that are cited by people who would say you shouldn't eat methionine you shouldn't eat meat it's too high to find if you have plant-based protein even though it makes you far it can get you bloating because it has less methionine right because you want to be like a mouse and live longer of course they don't tell you is that there's also studies in mice that if you give the mice glycine to balance the methionine the mice live longer right
