yeah i mean i think that's one one reason i get concerned about people just going you know like eating soil um to try and repopulate their gut is because we have become so sterilized um and you know it's it's tricky because if you haven't been exposed to those when you're younger when your immune system is maturing and gaining tolerance to those microbes then it may not be a beneficial thing to put them back in your gut now when you might have a really bad immune response to it
