occasionally if somebody has a very pathogenic organism entamoeba histolytica a worm like a tapeworm or something a bad parasite yes i think an antibacterial or even herbal treatments which are less effective could be indicated but generally speaking for dysbiosis i don't see antimicrobial herbs working that well
