if you are somebody body who is hitting that alertness phase of your day very early right after you wake up that's a great time to move right into things that at least the research says you already know have the strategy and you just want to implement the strategy but for me for instance I get up I'm not terribly alert first thing and so I try and just get my brain and my thoughts organized it's not a time for me to be responding in a very linear fashion to emails or carrying out calculations that comes about 2 hours later
