Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
i disagree i think there's lots of good evidence that honey is great for humans i've shown it many times on the podcast previously and people would also say fruit is bad it's going to raise your blood sugar well of course it's going to raise your blood sugar after you eat it postprandially but i think that the real problem that people are pointing at here is are you insulin resistant and no i am not insulin resistant
sugar in the form of honey and fruit does not cause diabetes it does not cause insulin resistance it does not cause obesity if you look at the literature that's abundantly clear
Honey and fruit do not cause insulin resistance. These are healthy foods for humans. They allow your body to conserve the electrolytes it needs.
