The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
I eat 50 to 75 grams of carbohydrates in honey.
for people love this I mean I I'll definitely eat hundred plus grams of honey in the day you know and uh you know 100 grams of honey in a day is gonna have a little less than 100 grams of carbs you know honey isn't gram for gram sugar so I'll probably eat 120 grams of honey a day
i came back to honey and so here i am with like a couple of tablespoons of honey in the morning and that's it and i don't do any carbs at night it seems to be good i don't have cramping in my muscles i don't have palpitations i get some carbohydrates and and my workouts are great and and yet i'm not i don't think over consuming carbohydrates so that's what i've landed on at this point
but a few tablespoons of honey for me per day
