The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
i know that when you eat honey it doesn't make you insulin resistant if that honey actually is real honey quote unquote and not just a sugar solution like a sham honey which has a very different effect on humans
if you don't gain weight eating honey and you feel good or you can get some glyphosate free honey or you don't gain weight eating fruit from my perspective at least it may be a good thing for you but check your fasting insulin and make sure it didn't move
If you look at the medical literature, we've even given honey to diabetics and seen improvements in glucose tolerance and insulin sensitivity. Yes, in honey and diabetics.
if I wanted sugar in my coffee I would use a raw honey preferably a raw organic honey that I know is glyphosate free... there's actually a lot of good evidence that honey and maple syrup these sugars do not worsen insulin resistance they don't worsen metabolic dysfunction honey specifically has been shown to improve insulin sensitivity even in diabetics
