estrogen is they use it and lose it hormone so estrogen does amazing things but estrogen is not good if it just continues to hang around so you want to invite estrogen to the party and then when the party's over estrogen needs to go home okay in an uber in your urine or in your feces so then so the major hormone estradiol right which we said was e - it can actually get converted back and forth between a 1 and E 2 so ass thrown and estradiol can make each other and if you have a lot of e 1 ass thrown it increases your risk of estrogen dominant cancers and so and it can cause symptoms for people like breast tenderness heavy periods headaches for men gynecomastia and erectile dysfunction
