there's so much benefit to number one like going and getting those levels tested — I believe you're a big advocate of hormone replacement therapy yeah yeah — just the just putting somebody back into those normal reference ranges in the benefit that that has not just on like seeing a number move on you know their biomarkers but what that does for their you know quality of life and how much more motivated people might then be to be active
