In general, that doesn't happen unless people are using pharmacology, supplements or prescription drugs or illicit drugs to increase dopamine.
But if it's a giant wave, if you get a huge blast of dopamine, well then a bunch of the water sloshes out of the wave pool and then you basically have to take some time off, reset that dopamine level.
