it looks like cancer cell I'm sorry the cortisol is contributing a lot to the growth of specific cancer cells especially the ones that are difficult to treat triple negative breast cancer resistance that it came out showed that it's not it may be triple negative but it's certainly response responsive to hormonal therapy in other words if you give it an anti-cortisol drug the basic to the cancer disappears and then I think pancreatic cancer is also notorious for expressing a lot of corticoid receptors so high cortisol can actually drive that
