I think it is actually very useful and I think it's underused. Right? For example, people are used to taking birth control pills. They're used to taking pills. They like pills. Um, you doing for a a healthy person uh uh with no major risk factors of cardiovascular issues, taking an oral estrogen really is not going to increase your risk of blood clots or heart attacks or anything like that at any significant worrisome level. It's no more increase in risk of blood clot than a birth control pill. Less. It's less.
