there are some data points from a really interesting paper I talk about in that um episode of uh individuals this was a study focused on males in their 80s and 90s who maintained total and free testosterone as high as uh individuals in their 20s

i have clients who are in their 70s and have testosterone total testosterone in the eight to nine hundreds this is possible for men they have section 1 binding globulins that are low in the 50s or 40s
