You can lower estradiol a bit with an aromatase inhibitor, and that can bring down SHBG.
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
so corre isn't it about 85% of the Androgen binding is coming through shbg yeah so well it it depends a little on how how much you have but that's roughly the idea right so it it if that is to answer your question depends a little bit on how much shbg you have but most of the binding is through shbg and a small small percentage is for through Alum and um
SHBG and your binding proteins like what's your baseline relative to after? Because if you are injecting infrequently or a dose that is significantly suppressive like it might otherwise be a proxy for like using more than you might need. Not necessarily the case always, but SHBG will get suppressed dramatically by exogenous androgens in a dose dependent manner.
