what I discovered was that cortisone the stress hormone actually triggers this whole fight fighters Lang syndrome and so your liver recognizes this these cortisol levels and says basically okay something really bad is about to happen this guy is tremendously stressed out I'm gonna prepare by producing enough heck up a lot of glucose from protein and so my my liver would have let my body with glucose in this preparation of you know saber-tooth Tigers been spotted and we don't quite know where it is or you know some fight is about to erupt out and you know this guy may need to like fight or run for his life
