so we metabolize estrogen into sixteen four and two so you can see that two pathway down there that is the most favorable pathway and so that pathway is where we want so there's a ratio essentially of our estrogen metabolism how much goes down that two pathway how much goes down the floor and how much goes down the sixteen the four pathway is the carcinogenic pathway so people that metabolize their estrogen into that pathway are the people who are at risk for estrogen related cancers like endometrial cancers and breast cancers people that push their estrogen down the sixteen pathway this is the proliferation pathway
