They talk about what is hypertension. Anything over 120 over 80 is really hypertension at this point. You should not have blood pressure of 120 over 80, and if you look at the Mayo Clinic, they do break this down into primary and secondary hypertension, with secondary hypertension have the having the potential causes that I mentioned earlier, though they do add obstructive sleep apnea, which I think is a good thing to be aware of.
